What the app does

Every vote, as it happens

All recorded plenary votes, newest first, with search across titles and references. Filter by date and policy topic; sort by latest, oldest or relevance.

What this is about

For each vote, the European Parliament's official summary of what was decided. On supported iPhones, Apple Intelligence condenses it into two or three plain sentences, entirely on your device.

How the vote went

The result, the overall tally, how each political group voted, and the related amendment votes.

Pick any of the 27 member states and see how its MEPs voted on each issue, then open any MEP's recent voting record.

Where the data comes from

Votes and MEP positions: HowTheyVote.eu, which publishes the European Parliament's official roll-call vote records under the Open Database License (ODbL).

Vote summaries: the European Parliament's Legislative Observatory. The plain-language version is written on your device by Apple Intelligence from that official text and is labelled as such.

HowEMPVote is an independent app by PRAESI Technologies Ltd. It is not affiliated with the European Parliament or HowTheyVote.eu.

Availability

HowEMPVote is for iPhone and iPad running iOS 17 or later. The plain-language summaries need an iPhone with Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro or newer on iOS 26); other devices show the official summary. The app has been submitted to the App Store and this page will carry the download link once it is released.
